🔥A Method To Achieve Clarity

There’s nothing more painful than knowing exactly what you want and where you want to go—but not reaching it.

It’s easier not to know what you want, because you'll do anything.

But when you do know, every detour feels pointless, every delay feels like failure, and everything else feels like a waste of time.

When I was running my startup, I knew what I wanted all the time, but I lacked confidence, especially in my own abilities.

I knew that whatever I started, I would get bored and eventually quit.

My problem was not the vision and mission; it was the enjoyment of the journey towards them.

With ADHD, people have big dreams, but often lack the focus, prioritization and hierarchy mental structure to achieve the outcome they desperately want.

For 25 years, my ADHD was holding me back from living my own life and keeping me stuck in the responsibilities and problems of others.

I was unable to set my own rules or projects, which eventually led me to follow others' paths.

  • People pleasing (Mr. Nice Guy Syndrome)
  • Creating resentment inside of myself..
  • Not being able to get angry at other people.
  • Not being able to say no.

It started early on with my mother and sisters, because they never accepted a no.

My dad and I were both "too nice" to say no.

This trauma affected all domains: life, business, productivity, and mind.

It took me 25 years to achieve this clarity, probably because my dad passed away. I was stuck alone with my family, giving myself no choice but to get deep into myself, analyze everything and get so mad at my situation that there was no other option for me than to do the uncomfortable (mental) work.

  • I stopped procrastinating.
  • I stopped being unable to focus.
  • I stopped pleasure loops.
  • I stopped the yo-yo effect of my diets.
  • I stopped giving my ADHD a chance to succeed.

Eight months after my dad passed away, I started writing, and this was the beginning of this business you are reading and watching now. (Thank you for this)

Before You Set Big Goals, Build Mental Architecture.

Most people (myself included in the past) fail to achieve big goals because they skip crucial steps.

Overall, they lack a structure for their thinking.

Before you set any goal, you need mental architecture.

What is mental architecture?

It is a hierarchical system I came up with to organize my ADHD mind.

Think of it as a four-level pyramid:

  1. Category 🔴
  2. Sub-Category 🟠
  3. Sub-Sub-Category 🟡
  4. Specific item/idea (no colour)

Your mind stops trying to remember everything and organizes ideas into a clear space.

This creates less mental noise, more focus and better decisions.

Here is an example:

You have an idea about improving your video workflow.

  1. Category: Business Mastery🔴
  2. Sub-Category: Content Mastery🟠
  3. Sub-Sub-Category: YouTube🟡
  4. Item//idea: “The Quader Video Format”(Shoot videos in 1:1 so you can crop for vertical and horizontal.)

The idea is instantly organized, not floating in your head.

You "let go of the thought" because your mind knows it's organized and searchable.

I call this system "Chaos to Clarity."

Thanks for reading.

Jeff

I hope this was communicated clearly enough.

It is the most important system I have developed for my mind. I understand it well after a year of using it, but maybe it wasn't explained clearly enough.

→ If it was clear enough, please reply "clear".

→ If it was too complicated, please reply "again, please".

Or reply with "work" if you are an ADHD entrepreneur or creator looking for one-on-one support to improve health, performance, and focus to achieve your business goals.
