🔥ADHD: Take coffee, not pills.

This newsletter is going to be controversial, a hard take for some people, or maybe a few more people unsubscribe or hate me for this.

(Before you unsubscribe, please read until the end. It's worth it, I promise.)

But this is my personal opinion after years of reflection, analyzing the world, the market and logical thinking.

I started thinking about all of that when I was 15, maybe even earlier, so there is quite a lot of data and information I have gathered. On the other hand, I met many extremely wealthy individuals, among the richest people or families (top 400) in Germany, and heard things not spoken publicly. (I don't want to brag, just to prove my point for this newsletter.)

Before we get into the controversial stuff, I would like to lead you towards understanding ADHD, the brain and the universe.

ADHD is not a differentiation from the "average brain". ADHD is a natural condition, created by nature to expand human consciousness, exploration and adventure.

Centuries ago, people with ADHD wanted to leave their tribes to explore the world. (Book: The Molecule of More)

Their eyes lifted above the horizon, guided by curiosity rather than certainty.

That's why the majority of entrepreneurs have ADHD, and 85% are undiagnosed. (Source: Article)

Alexander the Great, Einstein, Leonardo DaVinci, and many more extremely important individuals who shaped the world as we see it now had ADHD, to a high percentage.

During this time, there was no ADHD.

ADHD is a concept, created by the human mind, putting things into boxes, to understand the world better than before.

Everything you know is shaped and created by the mind, trying to explain its own existence.

(This is really important. Please read it again.)

ADHD people are free thinkers (Like in the movie Divergent), not bound to the left brain (logical), because we can't stick to one topic. Because there is nothing that doesn't connect. Everything is one.

Your lungs are the opposite of a tree. We breath in O2, created by trees and breath out CO2, "breathed in" by trees. ADHD people are better at holistic and interconnected thinking, that's why we are so bad at "sticking to one". (which can be trained)

Think about the logical people.

Mathematicians. Scientists. Data Analysts. Programmers.

Most of them are employed either by companies or the government.

Logical people (left-brain thinkers) are unhappier and less successful in life.

Creative people are staggering 34 percent happier than non-creatives. It takes the whole brain to be creative, and zero data is showing that you can’t be creatively logical or logically creative.Creatives—often scored lower on IQ tests, not because they couldn’t solve the problems on the tests, but rather because their approach to those problems generated multiple solutions.Adobe found that creatives are significantly more fulfilled, motivated, and successful than noncreatives. On average, they outearn non-creatives by 13 percent. Companies that invest in creativity, meanwhile, surpass their rivals in revenue growth, market share, competitive leadership, and customer satisfaction—that is, nearly every critical category.

— Steven Kotler (Book: The Art of Impossible)

(I am linking the books, so people know which one I mean. Which I generally never do, but I want to make the points as truthful as possible, that the information is not "made up".)

Logical thinkers are great employees because they don't question and just execute. They can't connect the dots because they only use one side of their brain.

They only use the left brain. (Masculine)

We are living in a masculine world.

Shaped by logical thinking, without holistic thinking. Hollistic thinking is a right-brain "activity". (Feminine)

It's Yang (masculine) without Yin (feminine).

But Yang needs Yin and vice versa.

That's why the modern "western" world feels so cold and "individual".

It's the distance of unity and collectivism, shaped by logical minds.

It doesn't matter which gender you are; both consist of masculine and feminine, both brain sides, left and right.

The Correlation To ADHD

I would like to give you a hard take on ADHD.

If you chop a tree, but don't remove the roots, it will regrow.

This is what ADHD pills do to you.

Every doctor or scientist telling you, you have ADHD and need to take pills is a logical thinker, or even more funny, doesn't even have ADHD.

Why do you trust someone telling you what to do, without the person experiencing the same pain?

  • They didn't solve the riddles of ADHD.
  • They never needed to learn to reorganize their brain.
  • They never struggled in school to pay attention.
  • They never had racing thoughts like people with ADHD.
  • No one ever told them: "You are different"

Why do you think these people can help you?

Logical people follow rules because they lack the critical and creative thinking mechanism inside their brains. (Book: Psycho-Cybernetics)

And scientists are "educated" by the system. From teachers, "educated" by the system.

Their information is provided as a pyramid scheme, from the top to the bottom.

This is the social matrix. (Source: YouTube Video)

Most doctors tell you not to take pills for too long because the liver or other organs take the hit.

But ADHD pills?

Who taught you, you need to focus for 8 hours in front of a screen, sitting all day long?

That's just how the world works, right….?

Pills are made by humans, NOT God.

There are many natural ways to improve focus and alertness.

For example, coffee, provided and gifted by God.

Same with dark chocolate, provided and gifted by God.

Matcha or yerba mate, provided and gifted by God.

Lion's mane (mushroom), provided and gifted by God.

Or just proper sleep every day for multiple weeks in a row, without destroying it on the weekend.

Coffee, Not Pills.

Coffee naturally triggers focus, alertness and dopamine.

If consumed 60-90 minutes after waking, you prevent the jitteriness and anxiety, because cortisol has a window to rise naturally.

You can go for a walk and view sunlight or take a cold shower to help with the rise in cortisol. (Video is coming up tomorrow on YouTube, so please turn on the bell not to miss it, and it also supports my channel and spreads the word. :) )

Coffee increases the activity of neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine, which are both crucial for motivation and attention. (The same circuits ADHD medication targets.)

When you experience jitteriness and anxiety from coffee, you can pair it with L-theanine + lemon balm. This helps extremely well. You can also give a shot of matcha to your coffee, which also helps. I am not a big fan of the taste of matcha, but my focus loves it.

Coffee is also more effective on an empty stomach, but it can lead to gut irritation due to the acidity if you keep fasting too long. Electrolytes can help to reduce this, or you can consume more cold brew coffee, which has less acidity.

Based on biology, women are more sensitive to cortisol, meaning drinking coffee on an empty stomach might not be beneficial. Women can drink matcha with milk and honey or consume coffee with milk and/or carbohydrates. (Carbohydrates reduce cortisol and lead to more "relaxation," but can also lead to tiredness, because of the insulin spike)

Coffee is also beneficial for longevity and is the most tested "drug". Coffee counts as a drug because it stimulates the mind, which is the association with drugs.

I would not drink more than 2 cups of coffee per day and would finish it off around 8-10 hours before sleeping.

The "dip" and anxiety mostly happen when drinking too much coffee and/or drinking coffee without L-theanine or matcha.

And I would take a 7-day break every 3 months to reset the caffeine threshold. 7 days without any caffeine. No Coca-Cola, no black tea, etc.

Coffee has similar effects on the brain as ADHD medication.

BUT it is natural and better for the body.

ADHD medication also changes the brain wiring, which can lead to character changes, distancing you from your "individual self" and your soul's purpose.
