Sorry for being one day late, I had some huge technical issues at home yesterday, so I was not able to finish writing and have been on the road the days before.
Becoming a creatorpreneur can fix any issues you have.
Financial, health, relationships and mental problems.
All problems are mental.
They are projections of one's inner state onto the outer state.
Generally said:
Every health, wealth and relationship problem is typically a mental problem, but viewing health difficulties, financial restrictions, and relationship issues also reflects on the mental state.
Creating a loop, which is sometimes hard to escape.
You can't just "fix your mindset" when you suffer from health issues. Your broken leg will not "magically heal".
The health issues will distract your mind from focus, which leads to an entropic mental state (chaos), leading to unhappiness or even "depression".
It sounds wild, but creating content or creating in general can solve all the issues you have.
Probably not overnight.
But looking in reverse, over a few months or even 1-2 years. It is going to solve all of your problems if executed correctly.
- It solves your financial problems through traffic and can be transformed into income.
- It solves your mental problems with writing, journaling, and brain-dumbing, which improves mindfulness and emotional intelligence, leading to better emotional management of yourself and others.
- Improves health through sustainable time management. (4 hours of work possible) more time for training, clean eating and relationships, also improving mental health.
Overall, a lifestyle that leads to greater satisfaction.
1) Purpose.
Most of the beginner problems of content and entrepreneurship happen through not knowing how to get there.
Better said, no direction.
Most people (myself included) have vivid dreams of living at a certain location, driving the dream car, or travelling the world.
People have goals, but no plan on how to get there.
They have no map, leading them towards the treasure.
And here comes the hard pill to swallow:
Most of your thoughts are not yours. Social media has influenced them.
Influencers sold you the "dreamy" life, where life is "worry-free," enjoying the time in the Maldives, being in the pool all day and eating fruits you have never seen in your life before.
You are not going to value the travel, the beauty, the life you have accomplished without accomplishing it.
You need the pain before, to honour and be grateful when you achieve the goal.
That's why most rich kids lack meaning and get addicted to drugs and stimulation.
A deep purpose is to suffer for a goal.
If there is no deep purpose behind it, you are not going to stick to it.
The potential reward needs to outweigh its cost.
2) You need to get addicted to the craft itself.
Most people mistaken passion for purpose.
Passion is the emotional energy, the "fuel" you need.
But it can come and go.
Your "tank" can be empty. Meaning you need to get to the next gas station to "fuel" your tank up. (The importance of (active) rest)
Without a purpose, a destination, with an infinite goal, there is no drive (passion). Why should you work for someone or something if there is no internal drive? (Money or purpose)
- You need purpose. A direction: Why should you hike if you don't want to reach the top of the mountain?
- You need passion. An internal fuel that keeps your engine moving forward. An excitement of the craft itself.
If you combine purpose and passion, you are able to achieve consistency.
- Purpose is the infinite goal. The motivation for keeping you moving upwards (growth). A hierarchy of goals, where you never reach the top.
- Passion is the daily pursuit of your craft. The obsession with mastering your craft. You find enjoyment in the journey itself towards the top of the mountain.
3) Purpose, Passion and Profit (PPP)
Creatorpreneurship is probably one of the most lucrative and fulfilling paths to take.
I mean, running a supermarket chain or boring businesses are also extremely lucrative, but I often question if they are fulfilling?
The thing is, there are different business models out there, but many of them take more hours per day or bring people away from their minds into operation mode. (Logical work)
The more creative work you do, the happier you are going to be, because the more flow states you are going to experience.
The human mind can't focus extensively longer than 4 hours per day, maximum 5.
But the problem is, most people's jobs are 8 hours per day, some 10 or even 12.
And during these 8 hours, they do work for someone else.
I hate to break it to you, but:
The goal of every human on this earth is self-actualization.
Whether you know it or not.
The work that brings you closer to your actual self is the one you should pursue, distancing yourself from the opinions of others, through emotional detachment and confidence in your own abilities. (Your intuition)
You need more rest.
Letting your mind wander.
Creating curiosity and novelty through the little things in life.
Solving problems with your subconscious. (creative mechanism)
Coming up with innovative ideas for your mind, productivity, business and life.
You are only going to master all domains in your life when you become more creative and have better ideas, through mental minimalism. Not working 8 hours a day, but thinking extensively about how you can make 8 hours of work in 4 hours or less.
For this, sometimes you need to outsource, hire or cancel things, being ruthless with saying no, and sometimes you just need to become more productive.
Creating content in general is an extremely rewarding, creative and self-actualizing path.
You create your purpose.
You get passionate about the daily pursuit.
You build profit through the consistency that purpose and passion provide.
There wouldn't be many movies, video games, YouTube videos or books out there if people did not enjoy the process itself.
They even enjoy the process so much that they do it for free for at least 6-12 months to see a return on investment in it.
How does this reflect on the mind of an ADHD individual?
- Purpose gives your ADHD mind a singular focus. A singular pursuit. Removing all external noise and fuels you with hyperfocus (flow), the only psychological state that ADHD people can seriously focus.
- Passion gives you the fuel you need to go through the hard beginning. Without passion, you are going to quit, which you have probably done multiple times, as I did as well. Being obsessed with the craft itself is the only way to achieve your deep purpose.
- Without Profit, you are not going to keep your purpose running. Not making enough income stagnates your life and the development of your purpose. This is going to annoy you sooner or later. It can work in the beginning to have purpose and passion without money, but later, not making enough money holds you back in purpose and passion, creating resentment. The lack of profit also distances you from becoming healthier, which helps to keep your ADHD mind manageable. If you eat junk food, your brain becomes junk. If you don't sleep, your brain is going to sleep.
Following the PPP is the best possible outcome to heal your mind, to find focus in life and to make the ADHD life enjoyable.
