I assume most people you know are not supportive.
Especially when you have a dream that falls outside their comfort zone.
For example, you want to move to a different country or start a business.
In most cases, the people you know would talk you out of it.
Just go to your parents and tell them you want to become a millionaire. I assume most parents would laugh at you and would say, "Haha, sure, everyone wants to be a millionaire."
Or you tell it to other people you know (not the ones who want to become entrepreneurs themselves), and they would have a similar answer.
And why should they not? Because they would feel threatened by your accomplishment and their own cowardice if you were to achieve your goal.
They would question their life choices if the time comes.
If you're like me, you probably have big goals and are here for productivity, self-improvement, business, and/or ADHD.
But how will you build a future that nobody believes you can?
This is the topic of today's newsletter.
1) The Preparation Phase.
After I dropped out of my own startup with a few others, I realized I couldn't afford to waste any more time on things that didn't bring me closer to the life I wanted.
I was sick of doing work I don't enjoy or working for someone else's purpose. It was my startup, yes, but we actually executed the purpose of our co-founder and not ours.
There were many times and situations in which we went against him, and it was actually two against one, but we lacked the confidence to stand up for ourselves.
- We lost 100k from a deal because of him.
- Additionally, 24k was affected due to the misplacement of an unnecessary employee.
- And 42k from another employee, we both didn't even want to hire.
Overall, there's a 166k loss, and it's actually even more…
Before starting any business, it is essential to prepare.
If you have a job, continue and start with an additional 1-2 hours of work a day, ideally before your regular job.
You need to invest more time in yourself, especially before you do anything for someone else.
During my time at Xanevo (my startup), I was only working for it, not because I was passionate about the work itself, but because "it was my company".
I was delusional.
I gave everyone attention and resources, except for myself, and slowly dug a grave, which ultimately backfired on me. I had no purpose (but I had goals), and that's why I executed the purpose of my co-founder. Xanevo wasn't my purpose; it was the pursuit of financial independence. However, since it wasn't my true goal, the house of cards is bound to collapse sooner or later.
That's also where the term "midlife crisis" comes from. Men who never act in their own purpose, but in the purpose of another individual, whether their boss, co-founders, parents, or sometimes even their wives. Most men nowadays lack purpose, and I don't mean financially, but mentally.
Before starting any business, you need to deeply understand your purpose and the daily work you are willing to put in, not just the goal you want to achieve.
You need to find the moving part, the one thing you can do every single day. Once you see this missing piece, you will do it every single day until you achieve goal 1, then 2, then 3, and so on.

2) The Execution Phase
Purpose needs to be discovered.
Once you find your craft, you hold tight to it.
Think of Ash Ketchum in Pokémon.
He is a Pokémon Trainer, and will always be one. The things which are changing are his Pokémon, environment and "colleagues".
Your purpose is the daily pursuit that holds your life together. The one anchor point that heals your trauma, reorganizes your brain, creates clarity in your mind, pushes you daily and helps you master your craft.
It's about catching Pokémon every day, enjoying the world's beauty, and spending time with the people you love.
This might involve writing, creating content, telling stories, building software, or exploring the wilderness with your camera to capture photos of real-life Pokémon.
Your choice, your path, your destiny.
Your business, either now or then, should be your life's work, the daily mastery of your craft.
The full expression of your individual self.
Every other business would be a waste of time and diminish your productivity.
I have worked with many entrepreneurs and have avoided others for the reason that most of them are driven by money and lack a purpose or daily ritual.
I know, this might not be a problem at first, because it wasn't a problem for me at the beginning, either, with my startup, Xanevo. However, it becomes a problem when an individual reaches a higher level of consciousness. This is just a matter of time. (That's why most men have midlife crises.)
Choosing a business partner is choosing a life partner. If it's not the right person, you'd better do it alone.
Only choose business partners with purpose, integrity and emotional intelligence. Their daily rituals can be your biggest burden, or your greatest win.
As a leader, whether in business or at home, it is essential to adopt a logical and creative approach. In most situations, especially the most innovative ones, it is necessary to approach them from a creative angle and pursue them. Innovation only comes from creativity; the rest can be outsourced.
Most men struggle in relationships because they attempt to resolve issues with logic rather than emotions and creativity.
Similarly, in business, most wrong decisions stem from the fact that many people struggle to manage their emotions effectively.
80% of your work should be creative and emotional, as this will lead you towards a better life, business, and overall happiness. The other 20% should be logical, involving the use of AI or outsourcing tedious or repetitive work.
3) The Building Phase
You can build, create or develop whatever you want.
But if you can't sell it, it's worth 0.
Ideally, whatever you create should be integrated into the core of your personal brand.
Personal branding is the practice of intentionally shaping how others perceive you by highlighting your values, skills, personality, and expertise.
This is especially powerful for people with ADHD like myself, because it is so challenging to stick to one topic. The only thing we need to learn is how to package the information effectively.
There is a way to discuss everything while still preserving the core of one's personal brand.
This is how I approach my threads channel: I write about everything and then tailor it to align with the ADHD audience.
No rocket science needed.
The more challenging part is identifying your target audience or finding the related tribe first.
It took me around 8 months of work….
I started with Instagram, then moved to YouTube, and later included threads, and it "blew up".
I didn't choose the audience; the audience chose me.
But it took me 8 months of trial and error, and frustration.
I achieved 200 newsletter subscribers in 8 months and added 1100 in 4 months.
Over the last four months, my growth rate has increased by 11 times compared to the first eight months.

"Here is the full thread system, in case you are interested. (Done a 50% discount, because the product launched 2-3 months ago, and it is not part of my main business anymore. My main business is coaching ADHD entrepreneurs.)"
4) The Mastery Phase
It is your evolutionary destiny to use what is unused, to learn and keep on learning for as long as you live. To choose this destiny, to walk the path of mastery.
It is The Human Adventure.
Whatever you are building, whether to generate income in the short term or the long term, you need to master your craft consistently.
Because many are caught in a surface-level world—one that drains the Earth’s energy to serve profit, while forgetting the greater purpose of contributing to the whole.
The human adventure is the journey toward the infinite—not as escape, but as return. Love guides us into unity, yin into yang, creation into creator. Every step is a mirror of the divine, every pursuit a fragment of infinite wisdom.
You need to become a master of your craft (vocation), as well as the master of your mind, body, and soul.
The more you understand, the less you resist. Worry fades, ego softens, and you rise.
To succeed in business in the long term, the only way is to love your work so much that you would even do it for free. Probably 99% of successful entrepreneurs, if not everyone, started or encountered a specific time in their life where they significantly suffered from financial difficulties.
You see the entrepreneurs who don't, because they are wealthy and unhappy.
A billionaire said in a podcast episode of "The Diary of A CEO": "If you are a billionaire and unhappy, you did something wrong."
Discover your life's work, the craft of mastery, the one pursuit you want to do every single day. This will solve any problem in your life when executed correctly.
Thanks for reading. Until next time
