🔥The 3 major ADHD struggles


Most of your ADHD struggles come from 3 things:

  1. Trauma.
  2. Your gut/health.
  3. Mental Organization.

(It's not written with AI, even though it has many bullet points.)

1) Trauma:

  • Your hypervigilance (constant high alert) is rooted in unresolved trauma.
  • Your people-pleasing comes from perceived threat, rejection, or instability from childhood
  • Your fear of disappointing others comes from past criticism or rejection.
  • Your survival mode and anxiety are driven by a dysregulated nervous system.

2) Gut/Health:

  • Your brain fog is linked to gut inflammation.
  • Your anxiety wakes you up in the middle of the night may be tied to physiological stress responses.
  • Your lack of focus may stem from nutrient deficiencies.
  • Your mood swings and fatigue can result from blood sugar instability.

3) Mental Organization:

  • Your lack of focus affects your income and productivity.
  • Your open mental loops keep you distracted at work.
  • Your unstructured work projects can lead to neglected collaboration.
  • Your overwhelm stems from a lack of systematic thinking.

A lot of problems to fix….

After investing 2 years full-time learning about ADHD, the mind, learning to focus, organizing my mind, starting a personal brand and struggling with many things like:

  • Leaving my startup (3 years ago)
  • The passing of my dad (2 years and 3 months ago)
  • Living in a narcissistic household for too long.
  • And having 0 dollars and no job.

I learned a lot through research, self-experimentation, testing and iterating.

I will share meta-solutions to address these issues, and I will not get into extreme detail because addressing the root causes solves it.

The Meta Solution To Fix The Majority of ADHD-Problems:

Read, write, think and talk.

Thats it.

80% of problems are mental, maybe even more.

It's the decisions you make:

  • What to eat
  • What you consume
  • Who you talk to
  • Who you believe
  • Why do you believe them
  • How to feel
  • And what to do against all of that.

Think about:

  • Wim Hof's breathing and cold therapy techniques.
  • Plato's and Aristotle's philosophical writings
  • The meditation techniques from the Buddhists and yogis
  • The importance of prayer from the bible and its scientific evidence.
Most problems are meta-caused by your perception and view of reality.

What can we do?

“If you can journal it, say it out loud, and think it, you’re spreading the trouble across different parts of the brain. If you can get it out, write it out, and think it out, you’re giving yourself more objectivity around what’s troubling you.”

✅ Read for at least 15 minutes a day, find new ways of thinking and viewing the world of perceptions and views of other people, NOT ONLY your own.

✅ Write out your thoughts, your feelings and your emotions. Brain dumb all of the negative and positive thoughts on paper or in a second brain (chaos to clarity method). Writing is structured thinking.

✅ Think and let your mind wander. Go on a walk, a run, a hike or hop on a bike and just let your mind wander. Most problems are subconscious and are solved subconsciously. You get the best ideas in the shower, when your mind is "passive".

✅ Talk with friends, your partner, your therapist or talk into a camera. Share your feelings, your experiences and your struggles. Talk it out.

Doing only one thing doesn't work. It's the interconnection and balance between all of that, ideally, daily. Make it your work if you want. Productize your writing, your art, your creation or productize yourself as a personal brand.

Choose your path and direction, despite of the opinions and approval of others.

It might take a while; be patient and hopeful.
