🔥How to grow a personal brand from 0 followers (in 3–6 months guaranteed)

It took me 25 years, $400K in losses, and four years of unfulfilling business efforts to realize that the most effective way to "heal" and organize my ADHD mind while building a life of happiness, autonomy, and freedom is to create a personal brand.

Before Western society, exploration was necessary. Now you don’t get a job if you are too curious.

A personal brand allows you to have a life of multiple interests.

A life with curiosity.

A life with novelty.

A life with exploration.

A life with purpose, passion and profit.

But this path comes with a hurdle at first.

A sacrifice you need to take in the beginning.

You need to invest at least 6 months into it.

These 6 months are not going to be comfortable, easy, or financially "rewarding" in any way.

You will work for free for at least 6 months.

But you don't work all day, just 1-2 hours per day. (I mean, you need to get food on the table, so you can't quit your job.)

If you want to build a personal brand in 6 months, you need this:

  • 1-2 hours of invested time daily.
  • 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday morning.
  • Qualitative sleep
  • Healthy habits

If you can ensure this, please continue reading.

1) Build a Note-Taking System

A place where you can quickly write down an idea, the moment it sparks in your mind.

This is a critical habit.

Overall, you want an ocean of ideas so good that people can't help but want to learn to sail to explore the vast oceans of your ideas, themselves.
And what you are going to sell is the "idea map" that navigates them through this ocean.

→ You want to train them to become their own captains.

But the ocean of ideas can only be as good as the "creator" itself.

If your ideas are "boring", no one wants to become a captain to explore the oceans. (It’s like in One Piece: if Gol D. Roger’s promise had been too small, the Great Pirate Era wouldn’t have begun.)

And if your navigation system (idea map) is weak or incomplete, people will abandon the journey.

Meaning, before you get good ideas, you need plenty of ideas.

And to not lose them, you need a good note-taking system.

  • You can use Kortex (soon Eden), which would be my choice, because I can easily share my templates, and you can duplicate them. (it's free anyway)
  • You can use Notion; I do. But for beginners, Notion is, in my opinion, too complex and can lead to mental overwhelm.
  • There are many other tools like Evernote, Obisidian, ClickUp, etc.
  • I also like Milanote, but it's a canvas, not a second brain.

Choose what works best for you.

I highly recommend Kortex as a long-term user, but some people might find the layout too "cold" (which will change soon).

Suppose you are serious about becoming a creatorpreneur. In that case, you can join the paid community, where I share my entire system, planning templates, writing templates, productivity templates, thread prompts (which have gained 4.3M monthly views and +18k followers), monthly Q&A sessions, and much more.

The community starts on December 1, and until then, there is a 50% early-bird discount on the yearly plan.

2) Organize Your System (Chaos to Clarity)

In the beginning, it's tough to keep learning and have an overview of everything.

You need to start small and later extend. (will talk about this in the next step.)

As I often talk about the Chaos To Clarity Method, it is essential, especially for people with ADHD.

You need to organize your mind to create.

Innovation doesn't occur from chaos.

Nothing has ever been created from chaos.

Even the Big Bang wasn't chaotic; it was a structured "bomb" that started our universe.
The entire universe is centropic.
Geometrical and mathematical, with a little "twist" or "easter eggs".
  • You need organized documents.
  • In organized folders.
  • In a hierarchical structure.

And you need to integrate this system into your mind through daily repetition.

The moment your mind creates or "receives" this idea, it is your duty to organize it.

Like a librarian: You need to know where the "books" are.

  1. You put this idea into an inbox folder.
  2. You can tag it with hashtags or keywords. (optional)
  3. And from this inbox, you organize it, either now (2-minute rule) or later if you are in a hurry.
  4. You organize it into three different categories (P.A.R.A. Method, by Tiago Forte):
    1. A project that can be related to. (Projects always have an end.)
    2. Area: maintenance work like YouTube, Business, etc. (Never completed.)
    3. Resources like books, articles, etc. (not actionable, just to store.)
    4. Archive is the last, but this is the "rubbish bin".
  5. Lastly, you have the Chaos to Clarity Method, which makes it even more organized, because this is necessary for ADHD people with ADHD.

→ Chaos to Clarity Prompt. You can ask questions about how to implement it.

→ You can read the 7 days from chaos to clarity challenge which I created a few months ago for ADHD people, to organize their minds.

Complete video guides, future challenges, templates (Notion & Kortex), and monthly Q&A sessions will be hosted in the new paid community.

3) Worldbuilding (The Mind Universe)

Your world is your personal brand → Creatorpreneur. (Read last Saturday's Newsletter to understand the Philosophy and Concept behind it.)

To stand out in this challenging area of online businesses, we need to be unique.

The best way is to tell your story and integrate this story into a world in a gamified way.

Here's my approach to building this world:

I imagine it as creating my own "planet". Let's call it "Earth." (I am the "Creator")

I begin with the ocean: the vast sea of my ideas. On this ocean, I build small islands → Idealands.

Each island has its own cities, villages, harbours, culture, language, mountains, forests, caves, and treasures, depending on its size.

Every island has a unique story and quest.

I create a map that shows you (the Captain) all the islands and the routes between them. But I don’t provide detailed maps for each one; you’re meant to explore those on your own.

This Idea Map guides you (the Captain) through my world. As you enter my world, this navigation system provides you with organization, structure, and clarity.

As you explore each island, you’re not just observing, you’re building your own ship (your business). Each island offers you materials, knowledge, and tools to strengthen, speed up, and upgrade your boat for navigating this Earth.

The better you explore each island, the better your ship becomes. With a well-built boat, you can chart your own course through this world, reaching places others cannot.

There’s a treasure at the end, but it's more than just gold or diamonds. This treasure is freedom.

The One Piece: The freedom to live life on your own terms. The freedom to spend time with those you love. The freedom to wake up without an alarm, to travel when you wish, to build what matters to you, and to never worry about money again. True sovereignty over your time, choices, and destiny.

But only a well-built ship can reach it.

4) Start Growing Your Brand (90-Day Sprint)

Now you want to get into action.

You want to set a goal, ideally a 90-day goal.

Why 90 days?

Because everything longer is too far in the future. Most people never achieve their goals because they don't see or "feel" the progress; they never experience a "win" because the goal is too far. 90 days are shortening this gap and keeping dopamine and motivation more stable.

→ You need one goal achievable in 90 days. For example, 5000 Threads followers. (I gained +18k in 6 months)

Then you want to break down this goal into three smaller monthly goals:

  1. Month 1: Content consistency.
  2. Month 2: Business world
  3. Month 3: Product development.

Every month, you focus only on the primary monthly goal, such as content consistency. A system that allows you to publish daily content on one platform.

You break this month down into four weekly projects:

  1. Project Week 1: Write the first piece of content (newsletter) and let AI repurpose it into 21 thread posts. (Templates in the paid creatorpreneur community)
  2. Project Week 2: Upload three content pieces per day from your newsletter and attach a CTA (call-to-action) to your newsletter.
  3. Project Week 3: Extend to long-form posts to build trust and increase newsletter conversions. (That's how I make 4.3M monthly views.)
  4. Project Week 4: Improve newsletter landing page conversion. (I started at only 10%, and now it's 50%)

This is the entire workflow for starting to post content on threads.

Do the first month first. We'll talk about the next 2 months on another day.

5) Stick to One Topic per Week

Capture every idea that comes into your mind, as explained in 1).

But you don't execute immediately.

You collect all the ideas and then let your mind wander, go for a walk, a run or go to bed.

After a few days, you pick one where you want to go deep and "obsess" over it.

Here's the system:

  1. Each week has one topic.
  2. All content revolves around that topic.
  3. You write one newsletter based on this topic.
  4. You turn the newsletter into
    1. 1 YouTube video
    2. 21 Thread posts
    3. 7 Instagram reels.

This eliminates overwhelm, reduces anxiety, and creates consistent, high-quality content across platforms.
