The internet is drowning in AI slop. Millions of interchangeable articles, videos, and posts that nobody asked for. And I think there’s one specific kind of person who’s about to make it all worthless, and it’s the people we’ve been told our whole lives that something is wrong with them.

It’s people with multiple interests. Call it polymathy, call it ADHD, call it restless.

It’s the person who sees the issue but gets labelled as the issue.

They get labelled as dumb, unfocused, chaotic, or an overthinker.

And that’s exactly why they’re about to win.

Why AI is never going to win.

Looking at the market: AI is useful, but emotion always wins in the long run.

The person who combines sharp thinking with genuine emotional intelligence will always out-influence someone who’s just technically capable.

There are plenty of technical people using AI and building smart things. There aren’t many who are genuinely emotionally intelligent and know how to move people. Those who tend to rise to leadership do so not because they can build the best product, but because they know how to influence others.

Hitler is an extreme but accurate example. He couldn’t build rockets. He wasn’t a technical mind. But he could manipulate an entire nation, which put him in command of those who could execute.

Stack that with financial intelligence, an understanding of the banking system, and knowledge of who controls the flow of money, and you have the real picture of how power works. The people at the top understand mass psychology (emotions) and how to control capital (logic).

The Creator Renaissance

During the industrial age, as technology progressed, we needed linear thinkers who could do one thing for their entire career. That’s where the 9-to-5 originated, and the working class emerged. It became popular after Henry Ford integrated it into car manufacturing.

Now we have created AI, which is more logical, more intelligent and never tired. And the first people AI will replace are linear thinkers, programmers (the average ones), and people who do repetitive work.

AI will drive this renaissance by improving time-to-market, reducing costs, and enabling new creators to enter the industry affordably.

AI needs human taste, judgment, and emotion before publishing; otherwise, only AI slop will remain.

As AI makes specialized knowledge and work cheaper, humans’ comparative value may shift toward taste, judgment, problem selection, cross-domain integration, lived context, and deciding what to create, not merely producing answers.

Now you would counterargue: why do more people want to become creators?

Due to the simple fact that every human wants to become happier by being more in the present moment (which is flow state), making more money than they currently make (to improve the quality of their lives), and simply following their own interests (autonomy and freedom).

The Creator Renaissance is pushing employed people and entrepreneurs to become authors of their lives, and this is crucially important due to 3 reasons:

  1. Learning to write, curate and articulate your thoughts leads to greater self-awareness and metacognition. Most employed people and entrepreneurs struggle because it’s a logical and quite “masculine” field. (Main point of my weekly bonfire, teaching my writing, curation and thinking system for Creatorpreneurs)
  2. Everyone now wants to build a personal brand by becoming the author of their lives for the benefit of fun, flexibility, scalability, and the chance to become an expert in their fields while completely outperforming their markets, and to live wherever they want and talk about whatever they want, as long as they package it well. (I am living in Asia now because I have a fully remote business)
  3. AI becomes the executor, editor, programmer, researcher and mathematician. But it can’t experience life as humans do; it can’t form an emotional connection through the senses, and it can’t access the divine-human collaboration. Left over are emotions and creative taste, which is creatorship and being an author of your life.

Becoming Multi-Dimensional (Body, Mind & Spirit)

Most people get stuck in life because they can’t view their problems from different angles.

That’s why the so-called “smart” people mostly don’t have their lives together and struggle socially, especially in relationships.

You can’t solve a problem from the same level of mind that created it. — Albert Einstein

Yes, Einstein was also struggling a lot in relationships, even with his own son.

The problem I see is people can’t connect the dots. They think linearly and are narrow-minded, whereas people with multiple interests, ADHD, or who are polymaths are often extremely curious, not just in work but in all aspects of life. This results in an interconnected way of thinking about mind, body and spirit.

They create an extremely unique lens. They are walking contradictions.

  • A jacked dude, intelligent, extremely conscious, self-aware and mindful.
  • An athlete, not consuming all of the gels full of maltodextrin, but uses honey and dates for energy.
  • An ADHD individual who runs, swims, cycles and lifts. While building a business ecosystem simultaneously.
  • A sporty and healthy gamer.

These people are going to thrive in this new Creator Renaissance because they can bring their unique lens, taste, and emotional experiences to their work and use AI not as the creator of content, but as the curator and operator.

You become a visionary by caring for your body, mind and spirit to receive creative ideas.

  • The Body: is there for physical challenges, running a marathon, doing a triathlon, hitting the gym
  • The Mind: is there for intellectual, mental, emotional, creative, and logical challenges
  • The Spirit: is there for divine-human collaboration, prayer, meditation, breathwork, things that make you more reflective, intuitive and aware.

The Multi-Dimensional Life (A High-Flow Lifestyle)

If I were to describe my perfect life, I would describe it as having a high-flow lifestyle. A lifestyle where you are fully present, fully aligned and full of love & devotion.

And it looks like this for me:

The goal of a high-flow lifestyle (taken by Rian Doris from Flow Research Collection) is the ideal, perfect day: spending time only in the present moment, without any breaks or interruptions and flowing with the day, while maintaining optimal productivity, recovery and leisure activities that fully “reset” you after an intense, focused work session.

I came to this conclusion after studying flow state intensively and self-experimenting with this since 2023, based on the flow cycle of:

Struggle → Release → Flow → Recovery → Repeat. (scientifically proven)

There are different routines you can have throughout the day, but this is the best and most reliable for me. (Over 3 years of testing)

  1. Mind: Morning is the 4-6 hour focus block. (Struggle and release → Flow)
  2. Body: You stop work entirely. And start “recovery” and health. Things like training, sunlight, Vitamin D, etc., spent alone or with friends/partner. This is another state of flow, but more focused on physical challenge.
  3. Spirit: Evening is for social flow, connection, love and intimacy. It is a slow, relaxing state that primes your brain for sleep, keeps you off screens, and lowers cortisol levels.

Section 1 → Mind & Work: Meaning, Purpose, Calling, Vocation, and Devotion

Work can be a “spiritual” and extremely fulfilling path.

From a male perspective:

A man needs a quest. A devotion to his craft. A path he wants to master.

I would go so far as to say a man can’t fully live without a deep sense of purpose. Otherwise, he distracts himself with pleasure (as Viktor Frankl said).

The moment you discover what you really want to devote yourself to, work becomes part of your day and routine. And ideally, if you have the option, you want to spend 4-6 hours a day on your calling.

It should be work you fully immerse yourself in, like in a video game. Where time evaporates, and your ego dissolves. Where you become one with your work, fully present, fully aware, and highly focused.

If you haven’t found your calling yet, you probably think: “Why do people want to spend more time working?” Why do you enjoy playing video games?

→ Focus the first hours of the day on the most important thing, when your mind is fresh and cognitively empty: your calling and the work that pays your bills. The time after waking up is also the easiest time to access a flow state and get morning sunlight, if possible. Once you start training, you know you have done what matters, and you can fully detach and recover.

Section 2 → Body & Health: Training, Sunlight, Sleep, Recovery, Leisure, food, etc.

Health is crucial, and it shapes your mind & work. If your health suffers, your mind and performance suffer too.

So many entrepreneurs struggle in their business, working more and more hours but never getting out of this situation. In my opinion and my experience, it’s related to their health.

If you are tired, groggy, have gut inflammation, think negatively, or can’t focus or think clearly, your focus will suffer, your decisions will suffer, your recovery will suffer, and, as a result, your relationship with your partner or family will suffer too.

This is a downward spiral, also called entropy.

→ After work, have a light breakfast, like a protein shake and a few fruits and move your body, ideally outside. (Runs are better in the morning; the rest can be done at noon) Get the sun on your skin (if the UV isn’t damaging), go on a hike with a friend, or explore the neighbourhood or nature 30 minutes from your location (most people stay within a 15-minute radius and never experience novelty or full detachment from the traffic. Have a picnic out in nature and prepare the food the night before.

Section 3 → Spirit & Relationships: Social flow, such as partnership, friendship, family time, board games, sauna, etc.

Is there a better time to connect than when the world goes quiet and romantic?

You have done your work, finished your training, gotten enough sunlight and activity, and you can end your day with a relaxed, calm nervous system.

→ Don’t do anything that elevates your body temperature or triggers your retina (eyes). This is mostly blue light from screens or overhead lights. Set a “romantic” tone with lower, warmer lights, red, orange, and yellow — like a bonfire, as our ancestors did.

Make it warm, comfortable and social.

To summarize:

AI is a great tool that creates space to step outside your logical mind and experience more meaning, purpose, and calling. Use this Creator Renaissance to your advantage: learn new things, work on your emotions and creativity, and use AI to fast-track your progress and minimize the time-to-market. When people centuries ago needed weeks or months to do work that now takes minutes. It is indeed a revolution, as long as you know how to move in this domain of mastery.

Become a multi-dimensional being that is not limited to one domain in your life, so you are not easily replaced.
